A beautiful walk of 17km along the Heiligerbergerbeek. The route leads you through heath landscape, woodlands, and farmland, finishing in the historical city of Amersfoort.
The route starts in Woudenberg, which can be reached by public transportation (bus 80 from Amersfoort Centraal, busstop Pothbrug near Woudenberg) and finishes at Amersfoort Centraal.
An incredibly welcome surprise is the coffeecart approximately halfway through the walk. This cart, an initiative by Restaurant de Mof, moves around in Den Treek-Henschoten and sells coffee, tea, fresh cakes, and hot chocolate. Check here for updates on when and where to find them.
