A diverse 20km linear walk between Nunspeet Station and Hardewijk Station though heath landscape, sand drifts, and farmland.
The first section of the route is spectacular. As soon as you leave Nunspeet you enter a woodland, followed by heath landscape and the sand drifts of Hulshorsterzand.
Once you cross the motorway and railway the landscape changes dramatically. Alternating between woodland and farmland you finish the walk in the historical town of Harderwijk.
Approximately halfway the route, just beyond Castle de Essenburgh, you can find Teuni’s Thee Tuin for a hot drink and homemade cakes. Once you reach and cross the Zuiderzeestraatweg, you go off-route by turning into Wijtgraaf and Teuni’s Thee Tuin is located 500m ahead.
