This is the 11th section of the 78 miles (125 km) long Capital Ring. Most of the walks of The Capital Ring are through London’s green spaces. If you plan to walk all sections, I recommend this guidebook by Colin Saunders. This 11th walk of 6 miles (10 km) follows a section of the River Brent, Dollis Brook, and Mutton Brook and crosses Highgate Wood and the lovely Queen’s Wood. The route starts at Hendon Central Station and finishes at Highgate Station. The entire route is well waymarked.
