This is the 10th section of the 78 miles (125 km) long Capital Ring. Most of the walks of The Capital Ring are through London’s green spaces. If you plan to walk all sections, I recommend this guidebook by Colin Saunders. This 10th walk of 6.8 miles (11 km) is one of my favourite walks of The Capital Ring crossing the hilly woods and meadows of Fryent Country Park and Gotfords Hill and through the Welsh Harp Nature Reserve along the Brent Reservoir. The route starts at South Kenton Station and finishes at Hendon Central Station. The entire route is well waymarked.
